Who is running it? Who is making all the pivotal decisions that are affecting our daily lives, are affecting national security, are affecting the economy, are affecting who votes? Who is making the decisions?

Because you all, I know so many of you saw the debate, because I've talked to people who don't

normally dip their toes even into politics who watched the debate and who were shocked.

I was not shocked by Joe Biden's performance. We've been seeing snippets of this decline for years now, but I was surprised that they

didn't have him better prepared, whatever that means. For the state of the Union, he had a teleprompter and he was

jacked up on something, maybe just his own adrenaline. I'm not suggesting anything, but he yelled

at us. In this debate, he looked like a shell of that man. But I wasn't shocked, just surprised that they didn't have him ready to go.

But more than anything, it led me to this question.

And I've been asking this question for months and months, who the hell is running the country?

Because I actually don't believe that Joe Biden writes half of what's on that teleprompter.

I don't even know if he understands what he's saying.

I think that sometimes he believes stuff just because he's told it's good and virtuous to believe it.

We're going to get into all those things.

Who's going to be voting?

Who's running the country?

And why won't the White House be up front?

Because now the press corps is mad.
