Hello everybody, welcome to the Joe Lo Po, the Joe Lo Poe show, the Joe Solo

Podcast, the Valley Cast where Joe is taking the mic, standing up straight and tall because

he sits and he looks at his damn computer too much and he feels like he's developing a hump.

And we're just welcome.

I'm going to ask some questions online on the Instagrams of folks that follow,

and I'm going to just answer.

I'm going to take some of those questions.

I'm going to put them into my brain,

and then I'm going to let them rattle around for a second. Then we're going to spit them out as conversational moments in which is already awkward

because I'm not having a conversation with anybody but myself and I'm pretending like there's

other people there.

The thing that has always been awkward to me in 20 years of doing this.

So yeah, that's what we're going to do.

And on the show today, you're going to hear stories about prior places that I've worked, perhaps.

This is the pre-cap.

So on podcasts, a lot of people like to do a pre-cap is what I've called it,

where you talk about what you're going to talk about.

It's a foreshadowing device to keep your average view duration high.

That's what I'm doing, the pre-cap, and to keep you all around.
