After one, how are they suffering and how can I help?

I don't remember my childhood all that well, but I have three memories that really stand

out.

The first is when I was four years old and jumping on a bed.

Almost violently, my father yanked me off the bed.

We were in a weird little house in Kurville, Texas that had my father's locksmith shop

in the front in our living area in the back.

My mom was lying in the bed, and I think she wanted me there, but my father may have thought

I was hurting her.

She had ovarian cancer, but I didn't know that.

I just wanted to have fun with my mom.

My second memory is huddling with my brother and father around my mother's hospital bed.
