Here is my conversation with the very funny Joe Parra. Are you at home or is that a workspace for you?

Yep, I'm in my basement.

Yeah, I have a garden level apartment with a little basement and I'm able to work down here. I got my desk and a little

Yeah, it's quiet. It's very quiet for New York

That's good. That's good. Yeah, and do you do your podcast down there?

Mm-hmm. Nice.

Hard to pick up the computer, but there's like a little closet that I'll record it and then I'll

I'll write it down here and it's kind of nice because the subway is a block away and there's every few minutes

there's a little rumble but I think it has a nice effect for the feel of the podcast.

Yeah like a little white noise a little the notion of a little bit of

rocking someone to sleep truly you feel like you're in a basement when we have a quarter we don't you

don't try and hide that too much. Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, how about you?

I just recently got remarried and I'm moving into a, my wife and I bought a house together

before we even got married, needed a lot of renovation.

It's from 1907 and yeah it's an oldie and so we just are getting it ready finally to me moved into. And so I'm like my whole life is in flux.
