Welcome to episode number eight of the Chris Rose rotation on John Boy Media.

Today, Stephen Brault of the Pittsburgh Pirates is my co-host.

And after we taped the episode, Stephen actually got injured while pitching with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

So he's going to be out a few months.

The good news is he's on this episode.

He's not going to miss a turn in the rotation,

but he is going to miss some time with the team that pays him in the major leagues.

So he's going to join us the next time through the rotation,

kind of walk us through what it's like to be on rehab assignments, get treatment,

being away from the team. He's going to be ready to discuss everything

that goes into it. And we certainly wish Stephen well as he recovers and gets back to the old

battling buckos. In the meantime, here is the episode with Stephen Brault and eventually Padres

pitcher, Brault's former teammate in Pittsburgh and in high school,

Joe Musgrove.

Apparently, he really needs to figure out different colored shirts because gray is about

as bland as it gets.

And we have different shirts.

They're not the same shirt,

but they're both the same boring shade of gray.

So we need to work on that.
