Hey there, glassman boppers and welcome to another episode of

Take your shoes off with me or your host Rick Glassman.

Today we have a special treat not only because that's what you say before the beginning of an episode,

but also because this guest is a Tony award-winning three-time Emmy-nominated powerhouse of film.

Television and stage Joe Montania.

You may remember Joe Montania from such films as three amigos, the godfather three,

airheads, babies day out, forget Paris, and fat Tony on the Simpsons.

That's why I said you may remember this guy from such films as because that's what Troy McClure says

in the Simpsons. I met Joe Montania about a month ago when I was filming my big Hollywood

Amazon television pilot. Now Joe plays my dad and we hit it off right away.

Not only because he's such a kind, warm person, but because I have such an infectious

positive energy he couldn't help but be attracted to it. When I first met him, Joe said,

hey yeah you got an attractive energy. I can't use this. I don't know if that sounds like I'm making fun of him.

If you're thinking Rick, did you move apartments? No, I'm still at my parents' house in Cleveland.
