I'm glad to get it done. I didn't know if I was ever going to do it because I'm not a type of person to start talking about people, but I wanted to put it in writing how the place used to work, how it doesn't work now, what it takes to get it back. And the decisions I had to make in tough situations when it's the 50-50 Senate, I had to reach back to where I came from and how it was raised to be able to withstand that type of pressure and be able to do what I thought was right for the country. And you open up with that story. Yeah. Was it the Rescue Act? The Rescue Act? No, it was the Inflation Reduction Act. But it was the original version.

And the original version would have put by $6 trillion. It was going to cost about $6 trillion. Well, that's the BBB. The bill back better was basically Joe Biden's signature. It was a Democrat signature. We had the ARP first, American Rescue Plan. And I begged them not to do that. They did it.
