The battle is on in Texas, where Republicans voted to issue civil arrest warrants for Democrats who fled the state to stop plans to redistrict the congressional map. Texas Democrats involved say they're “running into the fight to stand up for our democracy.” Former Democratic Congressman Joe Kennedy, grandson of Robert F.
