But we've raced in Scola, which is another kind of classic mountain races in Norway and it's only uphill.

It's steep uphill is only 8k but it takes it's over an hour for sure it's steep and I

beat him there I won that race I think I was the first American to win that one so more so than anything people would like ask me all or you have you be killing it's like that's cool and all but for me the biggest thing was like a lot of Americans have come here and

I've come I've traveled you know Europe with other Americans and we've gone to that

race and never been able to win it so I was like more than anything that was kind of cool.
