Zach Schombler. This is strong opinion sports. Thank you so very much for

tuning in. Oh my gosh. First of all that intro is I promise if you're in your car if you're home do that

intro it's the most like that is the most fun part of this starting that way is

awesome I love it like for me I don't know how it sounds. I just know doing it is really, really fun.

Like, it gets me pumped up. And I mean, I feel so good today. Oh my gosh. I might be alone in this.

I've noticed that I have a better day. I have more energy if I sleep a little less. Like five hours is perfect for me. I don't know if I'm crazy. I don't know if there's science to back that up at all.

If you are a scientist and no please tell me. But eight hours is too much. I just I get out of

rhythm and I feel tired and groggy all day. Five hours is perfect. I'm like on edge and really excited. Man, it's going to be great. I just

finished my last final. I'm getting ready to move out of this room. This is the last

podcast you'll see in this room until about Thanksgiving later this year.

We're going to move into a different set up next week.

It'll be awesome in a really cool room.

The room we recorded in during spring break earlier in the year. I just want to say real quick,
