Sure so now what I do is I raise capital for real estate investments specifically multi family but I think what's more relevant to fire nation is I was I was doing a full time job like he mentioned john I was the youngest VP of a New York City at agency.

I was not quite fulfilled you know I'm a huge Tony Robbins fan as I know you are and probably a lot a lot of fire nation is as well.

that with my with my advertising job and so I was doing other things I was I was actually interviewing people for a book that I'm writing on how to have remarkable career and I was teaching classes on real estate investing and I was investing on the side and I was even doing some standard comedy and no promises on the funny part for this interview.

Well I so I you know I was I was doing all that stuff and it just I just wasn't digging it and as you mentioned I I definitely had a major business flop right out of the gate and we'll get into that in the failure part but now what I do is I basically work with investors and raise raise money and we buy real estate investments together.

And you know he mentioned that and what I've seen just it's so obvious with my with my business and professional life and personal life the more I give the more that it's reciprocated and in many different ways so you know specifically what I've always how I've always approached thing is I've I've become a matchmaker and I'm a huge fan.

I'm a huge fan of Judy Robbins book how to be a power connector and she talks about basically how to connect with anyone and I have been doing that my whole life and whenever I read that book I was like oh yeah so this makes sense from a business standpoint as well.

You know so with with the with the matchmaking part and you know with just constantly looking to add value in other people's lives I know that it'll eventually come back 10 fold as long as I just keep doing you know keep keep keep adding value as much as I can.
