and that is the Spartan race. But you did a couple things before that as well, right? So first give us a brief

introduction and then we'll jump into some of your background. Yeah sure.

make you a better person. I grew up in

Queens and New York many many years ago I'm 54 happy to get into that if you'd like it.

Yeah I mean so you grew up in Queens when it was a, I guess, working class town, right?

Grew up in organized crime capital of the world.

Yeah.

If you saw goodfellas, it was ground zero for that movie.

And how is that?

I mean, it's, do you still live in New York now? I don still live in New York now I don't live in New York now we have a

farm up in Vermont and I shuttle between Vermont and Florida my wife pulled the

plug on Vermont.

She's now here in Florida with the kids.

And we've got them in a school.

She thinks, you know, it's good to have them

in a normal setting where they can do sports and stuff but I most of their life we were up in

Vermont chopping wood and taking cold showers and skiing but back go let's go back to Queens. Queens was a crazy place. It was, you know,

it was energized. There were a lot of people, whether they were doing good or bad, they were up early in the

morning and if you didn't have a hustle, if you didn't have that extra step in your, you know,
