In the world of independent film, in particular independent horror, it's getting more and more difficult to get your film in front of an audience.

The ability of getting any independent movies into theaters has become

increasingly rare. The local Cineplex is playing hosts a huge theme-park ride

event attractions that cost hundreds of millions of dollars

so there's not much room for the little guys and the independent art house screens

are disappearing. Film festivals have not only become more and more independent in getting your film attention,

but also for most of the films that play them, the only places they can be seen on the big screen.

The Devotion horror fans have to their

hour genre is deep and passionate and they support these cinema orgies in ways that no other genres do. If not for the festivals, movies like The Witch,

Hereditary, Autopsy of Jane Doe, Revenge, The Perfection, and so many others might never

have found a home on theatrical screens.

We were very fortunate to get a theatrical release,
