There is a blockade in Europe. well, maybe a more politically correct term would be called a quarantine.

It's a quarantine, kind of like what they did in the Cuban missile crisis.

We just did an episode on this not too long ago and this is part of the reason why we had to start the episode over because we had to look remember what the word was back then JFK when you know the Cuban missile crisis was starting to heat up,

he decided to place an embargo around Cuba.

But they didn't want to call it an embargo

because an embargo would be a tantamount to war. so they call it a quarantine, but everyone knew it was an embargo or a blockade.
