It goes in effect May 1st.

If you have a 680 credit score,

you will probably pay about $40 a month more on a $400,000 home.

Over the lifespan of that, it equates to about $14,000 extra on a home, right?

If you have a 620 credit score, you get about a 1.7% discount.

If you have a 725 credit score, you're going to pay about 1% more.

Right? Y'all understand that?

All right, so it's the law he came out with because

black and Latino Americans only represented about 25%

of the houses being purchased in America, right?

The average white credit school, this is me doing homework,

y'all so the average white credit score is the

average white person's credit score, white Americans credit score is 721.

This is real facts.

The average Hispanic community person's credit score is average.

We talk about on average is 667 and then the average

black person's credit score is about 621.
