All right, final segment, let's talk some caps with our friend Joe Beninotti.

Coming off that West Coaster where the team went two and three, including a real bad loss to the

Caios, lost six zippy.

Darcy was not good in that.

But they've kind of bounced back, beat the Rangers

who lead the division right now.

Coach Lab, going up there to New York,

got them playing well, so that was a good win and

playing a back-to-backer and then they go to Chicago and win 4-2 so a couple of

back-to-back wins there now they got the Flyers on Thursday.

Joe B, you know, a team that was kind of struggling to score

and we were talking to Coach Carves about this each week

and they were just kind of struggling to put the puck in the net.

Yeah they score four in the Stars game. They score four in the Rangers game and four more in the

Blackhawks game. So 12 goals in the last three is something turning around offensively?

Bish you won't hear very many complaints from me about that.

Right, right.

Obviously the play-by-play guy likes to call goals, but you know I think so many of these things are cyclical Jason that and again when you start

getting into a quarter of the season now we're not talking about just one small

little cycle one small little pocket

definitely when you look at the statistics overall in the league the caps have not

been scoring anywhere near where they'd like to I'm sure the power play percentage ineffectiveness has a part in that.
