1:05.3	and coming up on the 27th, December 27th at 11 a.m. Utah time, Jody Hildebrand will be going to court
1:17.5	for a waiver hearing, similar to the same hearing that Ruby Frankie went to. But what we may expect
1:25.7	what's a distinct possibility is a plea deal in this case.
1:33.2	We already know that Ruby Frankie pled guilty to four out of the six charges.
1:39.1	Two of the charges were dropped as part of the plea deal agreement.
