0:12.8	I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.
0:19.1	So we do have some news today, some rather breaking news,
0:23.9	to me not totally unexpected, perhaps a little surprising in some ways, but the fact is that
0:31.3	Jody Hildebrandt was offered almost the same exact plea to the six charges that Ruby Frankie was offered.
0:42.6	And she was offered to plea to four of them and two of them were thrown out.
0:47.3	So that was the deal she got in court today, maybe just a little more than a half hour ago.
0:54.7	She appeared in court in front of the same judge that Ruby Frankie was in front of.
1:01.5	And one of the things, you know, with these plea deals, many of us out here who've been following
1:08.8	this case, we want these two punished.
1:13.0	And we're not seeing maybe the punishment to the extent, but it's not over yet because
1:19.5	the sentencing is actually going to be on February 20th.
1:24.2	So she could plead guilty.
1:26.1	And the deal that Ruby Frankie got was she pled guilty
1:29.5	and she got one to 15 on four charges consecutive. So apparently it is this is sort of a
1:36.9	little bit strange way they sentence people in Utah. It's a little bit different than in other
1:41.5	places. But court TV, this is what, what they said in regards to this case today.
1:49.4	They called it a shocking twist.
1:51.4	I didn't find anything shocking about her being offered a deal.
1:55.6	I would feel that she should be punished more severely than Ruby.
2:01.2	And there's others I think Ruby, because she's the mother, she should be punished more
