Today, I want to talk about the relationship between anxiety and intuition.

There are two mind-body states that, in my opinion, live at polar opposite ends

of the spectrum in terms of how we can move through and feel through our lives. But let's start

with the basics and define our terms first. The New Oxford American Dictionary defines anxiety as, quote, a feeling of worry,

nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome,

end quote. And it can play out from the smallest to the most massive level.

You could be having anxiety about whether or not someone will respond to an email you sent

or how it will go over.

You could be having anxiety about the outcome of a tense conversation that you had.

And will that person still like you or forgive you or work with you?

You could be having anxiety about your health or that

of a family member wondering, will I be safe and well? Will they be safe and well? And we keep

stepping up the ladder to larger anxieties. You could be having anxiety about a major life event.
