Today's jobs report found that workers received a small raise last month. And, yes, higher pay is great for attracting workers and boosting morale, but sometimes it can even pay for itself.

0:15.8	And Stacy, the monthly jobs report is out this morning.

0:21.0	This of course is when the Bureau of Labor Statistics releases the jobs report for the
0:25.6	previous month and officially in November the economy added 210,000 jobs.
0:32.6	Also, there were jobs added back in September and October that the Bureau of Labor Statistics
0:37.0	missed in their jobs reports back then.
0:39.3	So there was like all these missing workers that they found.
0:41.7	There was another 82,000 jobs added in those months more than what they'd previously
0:46.6	reported.
0:47.6	But Darian, even with the extra 82,000 people, this was not an awesome jobs report.
0:53.3	No, I mean, it's not a disaster, but it's not this booming comeback month that we're

0:59.8	It sort of breaks my heart to say this, but I think this is just a non-airhorn month.
