0:53.0	And how did you come upon real estate investing?
0:55.6	I always wanted to be a football coach. So I was a college football coach kind of working my way up
1:00.9	through some of the smaller schools. And so I was in Madison, South Dakota at Dakota State
1:08.0	University and then then went up to University of Minnesota
1:11.1	Crookston always on the offensive side you know working with quarterbacks
1:16.3	receivers and and it was a ton of of fun 2019 Crookston University of Minnesota
1:22.9	Crookston decided to drop football so I'm originallyloo, Iowa, and I moved back home in late 2019.
1:32.2	And, of course, everybody knows what happens in 2020.
1:35.5	So I was, you know, looking for a job.
1:39.1	Nothing.
1:39.4	No one was hiring.
1:40.4	And I actually went to a wedding of my cousin.
