Everyone else, what's up? How are you doing? Are you feeling okay? My bet is the answer to that

question hinges some on how much you've been paying attention to the news or not.

Because if you have been paying a lot of attention to the news, then there's very little reason why we would be feeling great.

I don't know about anybody else, but it certainly seems like the intensity level has been ratcheted up.

Like the amount of confusion and uncertainty and seeming injustice and evil.

It just seems like this week, the volume on that got turned up some.

Now, if you're not paying too much attention to it and you're having time to just be with the immediate experience of this wondrous existence that you're having,

then you're probably feeling just fine.

But you can feel the difference between when you're being with, you know,

the beauty and the awe and the joy and God.

And then when you look at your screens,

like just feel the difference of that in comparison.

It certainly seems to me like the reporting that we're getting

about what's happening in the world

is not about informing us so much as it is inflaming us.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting we should be putting our heads in the sand and not

paying attention at all. And it's fine if yoga teachers want to be political. It's been a while since I've seen that,
