our usual, like, spooky story October episode over on our

bonus series for our second monthly episode. We usually save international cases for our bonus

series, but we love doing that spooky story episode for October just to get excited for Halloween.

Yeah, so we just kind of switched them out. Yeah, because we, we had already researched this one, then we were like, oh shit, but we want to do the other episode. So,

we thought we would bring it over to Going West, so it didn't go to waste because, wow,

it is just horrific and utterly baffling. Like, I know your mouths will drop many times.

This is episode 543 of going west, so let's get into it. The On Halloween 2010, the quiet English village of Ascot was shaken when a bloody scene was found in the charming home of a local 46-year-old bed and breakfast owner.

At first, the scene raised questions of a home invasion gone wrong. But upon finding her body in a garden box and receiving a strange call into emergency services,

a far darker scheme unraveled.

This is the murder of Joanna Simpson.
