Summary

LOOK OUT! It’s only Films To Be Buried With! Join your host Brett Goldstein as he talks life, death, love and the universe with the fabulous actor JOANNA SCANLAN! Joanna's portfolio is truly inspiring and just a cursory glance at her IMDB page will take a good minute or two. This is a wonderful walk down not only memory lane but also the many planes of the present, as we hear about so much of Joanna's adventurous path and how one door opened to another (intercut with a whole batch of massively diverse movies also, of course). As well as that, we get to know more about the hinge of comedy and drama, acting technique and essentially being prescribed acting, chemistry and inverse chemistry, not being an ironist, dogs and horses, generational war trauma by proxy, the base sauces of cinema, and those rough 80's vibes. A cornucopia! You will enjoy. Video and extra audio available on Brett's Patreon! I think nothing approaching. I think you are. I think you're a sign of quality when you're in something. It's like, okay, this is it. You're like, this is going to be a gold standard show or a film or something. And you're very, very good at comedy and you're very good at drama. And I saw after love about a year ago. And I was like, yeah, she's fucking good. You're very good at all of it. Oh, thank you. It's really good stuff.
