but allow me to just give it to you straight. When it comes to this policing, racial disparities,

racial discrimination, police brutality, whatever buzzwords you want to use for it, whatever you

want to say about it, the problems we're seeing right now in these American cities, whether there be

a real racism problem in the police department or whether the problem lies elsewhere, I don't know,

and you know the reason I don't know is because there's probably not one answer to that question.

You see, there's not one universal problem in the United States of America. The founders knew

this. The founders knew this would always be the case, and as America has expanded, as our

population has gone from we little tiny to a lot, that is only increased. You see, the same cities,
