greatest manager of all time, former W WWF and WCW executive.

Jay, J.J., last week, of course,

in our continual tales of the four horsemen,

we talked about Lex joining the group and of course right after

that an infamous other man will join the four horsemen as Lex kind of turns his back on the

horseman leaves the group and then we get Barry Windham but before we kind of get into that

JJ what do you think of Barry Windom or should i say what did you think

when you first met barry windham well i uh knew barry as uh as a teenager uh i don't know what year it was

but the uh his father blackjack mulligan and Dick Murdoch, the late Dick

Murdoch, bought the Amarillo territory from the Funks. And Barry was there basically hauling the ring

from town to town, setting up the ring.

And, you know, just a young kid, but young kid that just oozed of athleticism and, you know,

very much wanting to, you know, join the wrestling fraternity.

His father, Blackjack, you know, and I, you know, I never really got into a discussion with it with Jack, but for whatever the reason, he didn't want Barry, because, you know,

the business can be tough, and, you know, Jack had seen it all, and I guess he was thinking
