The first day of training camp has wrapped.

We've got a lot to talk about.

I feel like this is a right of passage for me and my journey towards becoming a part of the Laker fan base.

The Laker Nation pod, I haven't had an appearance yet. I'm very, very excited.

And I was just telling you before we got started, too, like I feel like I'm on the short list of guys who's like pretty optimistic about this Laker season.

So I don't know what the deal is.

Hopefully we have a little bit more of a positive outlook today. Well, it's certainly been too

long. We waited too long to have you come on. But I'm excited to have you on the show and

talk about all this, especially the optimism, because there is a lot of doom and gloom. I'm sure

you've noticed going on around Lakers fandom right now.

But what I want to start with just came out.

Just hot off the press here from Lakers practice, JJ Redick revealing that he wants to rely

upon a nine-man rotation once the season gets going here.

Why don't we start with that?

Who are those nine and who's on the outside looking

in? Maybe I guess to start, who would not be in those nine? Who can we eliminate right off the bat?
