I thought for today's show, we'd be talking about the press conference coming up a little bit later.

We'd be talking about that and what to expect for that and all that.

No, JJ Redick made an appearance on Zach Lowe's podcast on the low post.

We're going to break down all the stuff he talked about because there is a lot that he

revealed about the Lakers for this upcoming season.

Joy to me to help sift through it all is editor extraordinaire Daniel Stark.

And Daniel, this was a big surprise.

And now suddenly we've got a lot to sink our teeth into here.

Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Just kind of came out of nowhere on like you said the day before jj and rob polinka are going to speak to the

media so i guess Zach low kind of you know stole all the the media's thunder with that um like you said

you know he he there was a lot that was covered.

You know, we'll ask, be able to ask him more about that at the press conference as well.

But, but, but yeah, you know, I'm excited to get into it with you.

I did say earlier that the, the channel members were going to get this show early. We were able to get to this early enough to where I'm just going to release it for everybody. But typically, guys, if you don't know about our channel membership program, whenever I record a podcast, usually I don't publish it. I record it at night and then I'll publish it the next day for everybody. Channel members actually get it that night. They get it a little bit early.
