| 0:39.0 | What up guys. Welcome to the Chih Tjitsu podcast. Today is going to be our episode. We're going to talk about some red flags and jih Tjitsu gyms. This is not an exhaustive list, obviously, because probably wouldn't have enough time for just a podcast. It'd have to be like an audio book, a multiple series program to get into all of them. But we'll talk about some of the red flags we've seen an experience and we've seen a lot of people deal with. And hopefully if you're getting into Jiu-Sitsu, you can avoid some of these. And, you know, I'll say it like this. For some of you guys that are in Jiu-Jitsu, if you have experienced some red flags of your own, shoot us a message. Maybe we can do a follow up to this episode. Shoot us a message with your name. You can do this to email, |
| 1:00.0 | to Jitsu podcast at Gmail. If you want to send it to me at my, Jiu-Zitsu, if you're one of my QooCrew email subscribers, if you want to reply to one of my messages, and just say, hey, like, here's a red flag I've experienced. We can use your name, and we can do first names we don't have to put out your full name, but your first name and your message and give you a shout out on the podcast if you'd like. So just send us emails, Instagram message, whatever you want, and we'll get that out there. |

| 1:25.3 | called power, one called flow. |
| 1:38.0 | And as the names would sort of, you know, elude to, the different formulations are there to help you get into a particular state, whether you're getting ready to do some intense training. |
| 1:39.9 | You're trying to get into that flow state. |
| 1:43.1 | You're trying to relax a little bit and recover, right? |
| 1:47.1 | And so again, I've used them several times over the last several months. I don't use them every single day, just because I'm just funny with stuff. |
| 1:52.5 | I don't want to use it every single day, but I do like using them periodically. |
| 1:56.5 | And, you know, especially during like hard training sessions, recover a little bit. |
| 1:59.9 | They kind of relax me a little bit, |
| 2:01.6 | and even to get into a session where if I'm going to do a more experimental style, like situational drilling session, where I can play around techniques I like using them then.
