He managed to find a way to stay calm and find solutions when the pressure was on taking the lessons he learned from years on the mats with Sensei Nardu taking the integrity of the martial arts to do the right thing with his employees and partners at times taking no money and sacrificing his own bottom line to withhold a reputation as reliable and keep good relationships in place.
He is the creator of Mix U and has a phenomenal podcast and new book out NOW with the same name called Business Jiu Jitsu where he shares these lessons with all of us in an informative and entertaining way.
