guys, this is how we got here. Okay. Minneapolis is a sanctuary city. What that means is they

tell the cops not to cooperate with federal law enforcement.

I mean, it's people with a dirty mind that think like that.

Seriously. Why? Because if ICE cooperates with local law enforcement in other states,

you know how this works? When a guy murders somebody or rape somebody and gets apprehended by local law enforcement, they run a background check and they see if he has a detainer.

And if he has a detainer, if he has a deportation order, they would traditionally call up ICE and ICE would come down to the jail and take an already handcuffed man into custody, at which
