The HHS document yesterday showed that there was no attendance necessary for Somali daycares in order to get their government stipend,

meaning you could write to the government, go, hey, I got a daycare in Minneapolis.

We got 300 kids a day it's expensive and the government's like well hell we can't let you do that on your own so uh

here's a check for a couple million bucks but did the government actually say hey can we get

proof of any of these kids and what kind of experience?
