mama's boy podcast. What's up? Yeah. This has been a weirdest week ever. Has it not?

With like, just, are we working? Are we not? What day of the week is it? It is Friday when we're

All right. It's time for everyone's favorite topic. It's time for inner child work Fridays.

Uh-oh. Not really, but that's what we're going to talk about in this Friday show.

Okay. So go with me here. You know, I've been, that's one thing I've been working on in

therapies, inner child work, which is basically going back and soothing some of the pains from your

past and hoping to actually heal from these things, right? And so I kind of made up, and this may

be just like a way for me to justify my child like behaviors, but I'm like, you know, it's so

funny because I find myself when I'm like doing things from my childhood that I used to enjoy

doing, uh, I feel like that's inner child work. I don't think it technically is. I don't think

it is. Uh, but it's, uh, it feels nostalgic and it feels light. And so I'm like, I'm going to,

I'm going to do more of this. And I told you before our break that I was going to buy a Lego set.

Now I haven't played Legos in, yeah, I don't know what mom's since I was six. I don't know.
