Doing great. How are you? I'm doing very well. I'm going to talk to you about everything that

happened this weekend. I know that you were in the room, but let's get, can we get to some breaking

news first? Because this is reporting is coming from semifore, and it's saying the Federal Communications Commission is moving

toward a review of Disney's broadcast license,

according to people familiar with the matter,

a maneuver that would up the pressure on ABC owner

to face fear scrutiny from the administration.

But then if we look at the variety article that is also here,

it says, Trump FCC preparing review of ABC broadcast license in wake of Jimmy Kimmel's

Melania joke, according to a report. They're going to say it's not about the joke, that it's

about, you know, not getting rid of their DEI practices and all of that. But what is going on here,

Matt? Well, very clearly, the administration has decided that this is a good war for them.

Trump versus the media is a war that they believe they win on, meaning they win in the

court of public opinion. Whether the FCC can actually look at each individual license, remember, Disney only owns

about eight broadcast licenses.

And these are individual station licenses in particular markets.

It happened to be the bigger markets because Disney wants to own the licenses in those bigger markets like

New York and L.A., but they say they're going to go after and review these licenses individually

as they come up. Doesn't seem like there is much else besides these two quasi-issues, whether they have DEI practices that discriminate,

and whether they are using their broadcast licenses in the, quote, public interest by allowing a comedian to make jokes about the president,
