It was like, okay, we can focus on all of the stuff that's happening that feels overwhelming, that feels terrifying terrifying but none of those feelings

are going to empower us none of them are going to move us forward and none of them are

going to make us ready to handle what's next.

And whether what's next is being locked down for six months

or being ready to capitalize on opportunities in six weeks

when this lockdown ends. Like nobody knows. So we're the type of people that we're

willing to do some hard work and we're willing to shorten it up and I'm choosing to be optimistic I'm choosing to look at what I can do in this

10 minute period.

and by that I mean it was around March 11th when the first NBA player Rudy Go Bear

tested positive for the coronavirus, Tom Hanks, his wife Rita Wilson, and shortly thereafter the NBA season was shut down indefinitely along with a handful of other sports,

new local and state laws banning group congregations outdoor activities and access.

Our beach is here in Hermosa Beach, along with a bike path.

We're just shut down recently.

It's been getting weirder and more bizarre with each passing day.

So despite all that and acknowledging that, I thank you for coming back here.
