Much better tempo practice.

The first day I like the whole tempo.

I mean, in and out drills.

Some of these young guys are starting to get the hang of it again, getting back to the ball.

And there's less people, so you've got to take more reps. So you've got to get going. Very good physical part of it. I like, you know, we're physical, not hurting each other, practicing the right way, get with the fits with our hands. Defensive, we did some real nice things. See some really athletic guys over there three, all three levels. Front, linebackers and second-dering,

offensively.

Doing cotton ball much better today.

Getting a running game,

Carlos Carlinz was really good out there today, I thought.

He's got to continue to grow.

We've got a lot of growth.

We've got potential.

We've got good players.

We've got to give in the right places and get very consistent. That's going to be our goal in the spring. Questions? Sounds like defense made a little more emphasis with the player you're losing? No, you know, I'm going to tell you now. I mean, defense, I've been very pleased. I mean, the knowledge of those guys and what guys are still, even though we had some guys leaving, but there's a lot of experienced guys who really know what to do.

You know, linebackers, legway jumps out at me, you know, of course, six, Matthew Thomas looks really good. Terence Smith and some of those gave them. I mean, those guys have all jumped out there and stepped up in some roles that I'm very proud of, you know, the ends. Eddie Goldman's getting much better every day. I like a lot of his part.

I'm going to jump out of it.

So some of those guys have a second there now, we got, we're pretty talented back there. Pretty talented. Has Goldman, you said, I guess, was the first quarter-growing through, a little bit of weight. Yeah, he's got it. He's got it. It's way back to the play. The more he needs to be and what's going on, it's getting better and better every day and becoming group. That's been noticeable as well as wait as far as how it's a group is play out there.

How it makes you quicker, makes it, makes it allow to use your ability.
