those final hours how the deal got done. Well you know what I will say in a great

credit to the mayor and the city council and everyone.

I mean, we're standings and memories business and at the end of the day,

you know, the city won and they stood on top of the standings and we're excited.

I mean, we've got 27 years of great history here you know a

capital one arena we're gonna have many many more and you know at the investment

levels of what we're talking about basically we're gonna have a brand new

building within these four walls and the opportunity to expand with 200,000 square feet at gallery place.
