I'll start with some baseball. Why not, right? Got to get it in before all the football starts. Now, I know

this might seem harsh to some of you. You might even call it punching down. You might even

call it cruel. Mean. But it's really not like that at all.

I actually love the Chicago White Sox. I love the White Sox and I cannot get enough of this team.

And that's not sarcasm. I mean this. I am seriously blown away by how terrible the White Sox are. I have never seen anyone this great at being

this bad. They're not just the worst Major League Baseball team ever, they are that.

But on top of that, they're also the most compelling,

most riveting, most entertaining horrendous team that I've ever seen. They're the epitome of so bad they're good. They're a

slow-moving train wreck so awful that I can't look away. So shockingly terrible that I can't stop going back for more. Case in point.

Chicago's loss last night in Baltimore, aka their 109th loss of the season. Like on paper, this one looks like

most of the rest. In fact it looks even more boring in pedestrian than their typical daily headcavings.

Yes they got smoked 9-0. Yes they were down 7-0 after only two innings. No, they were never in that game and they never had a prayer.

Yet somehow, some way, they still managed to be entertaining as hell.

Like they make the simplest things so riveting.

Like you can't afford to skip any play

because you might miss something.

You might miss something amazing.

You might miss a trio of major leaguers

botching the hell out of a routine pop up

with two outs and the bases loaded.

Yeah and the truth is if you have great stuff you can challenge over the white part of the plate a little bit more and let your stuff just play.
