Over the last 24 hours, there is nothing that pump me up more than this. Nothing that

got me more fired up than this. Nothing that got me more hyped than this.

Normally we start with the NFL on almost any given day

right? The NFL is the biggest thing in the world. However, to me not bigger than this, at least not over the last 24 hours, because this was absolutely awesome.

I'm still fired up by this. Quick memo to the rest of the track and field world.

Now I know I've been saying the Noah Liles is the very best thing about the Olympics so far,

Quincy Hall was absolutely amazing yesterday.

I'm still getting chills.

I can't stop watching his outrageous run for the gold in the 400 meters yesterday. Now we all know

that that race is badass. Nothing tougher than a 400 meter race because it's a 400-meter sprint. But if you want to talk about a
