The biggest story in the NFL right now is the same story that has dominated the entire

off season. The same story that Melvin Gordon was in here summing up for us with the

perfect take months ago.

Alvin once again, and hopefully for the very last time,

hit it.

It's just so tough for running backs right now, man. You have a lot of running backs that's out there. We just don't get no love. It's literally the worst position to play it in the field right now. You know, it's literally sucks.

Literally. You know what people say, God, everything is literally, literally, but he's right. It does

literally suck. And the take has been literally beaten into the ground.

Why are you starting a show with that again Rome?

Well because it's still going on.

I mean it is the take of the off season but it's also

nothing new and it has been beaten into the ground in the last two months which is

why I can't believe we're still doing this, but we are because, because Jonathan

Taylor. Look, we all know running backs have no leverage. They're just not getting paid. Trade requests are being ignored. Nobody in the league

values them as highly as they value themselves right now and that's just the reality and it does suck

just ask Josh Jacobs just ask Zeke, just ask Zeke Elliott, just ask Austin Echler, or any of the

dudes on that running back Zoom crisis call that they had to make,

they try to figure out what the hell they were going to do

about any of this.
