So I was going to start with the player profile, but instead I want to talk with some or start

with some football. Specifically I want to start with Jets football. It's been a

minute since we talked about the most interesting team in the NFL and yes I

said it the most interesting team in the NFL. So who's interested in that?

Who would that be? It's the Jets. Don't take my word for it. Ask H B. O. It's the J-E-T-S allegedly, reportedly, according to rumors at least, Lee, because according to pro football

talk, the jets are, quote, bracing for an involuntary hard knocks assignment end of quote two

things there number one is there any other kind at this point?

The involuntary hard knocks assignment.

But then again, they have been projecting bad football

involuntarily on their fans for years.

Now in fairness, Hard Knox only has so many options.

It only has so many options in terms of their criteria this year, namely the Jets, the Saints,

the commanders, and the Bears, because only the Jets, Saints, commanders, and Bears can be forced to do it this season

because they are the only four teams that one, have not made the playoffs the last two years.

Two, do not have a new head coach.

And three, have not been featured on the show in a decade.

So really at HBO, I'm sure, the jets are no-brainer.

It's just too bad that at this point hard knocks can't make people actually watch.

They can make teams actually do it but they can can make people actually do it, but they can't make people

actually watch the show anymore. I mean is there anyone anywhere that is still

into that
