Starting with the weekend, man that was some long, long Sunday, wasn't it? The longest Sunday of NFL football ever.

Now, I'm not complaining. I'm not complaining. I would sign up for 15 plus hours of football every single Sunday.

It's just that the bookends were pretty rough.

Looking at you, New York Jets, looking at you, Steelers, and Cowboys. But at least everybody who

made it through all 15 plus hours, including all three plus hours, of that lightning, rain delayed snooze fest in Pittsburgh.

If you made it that far, at least you got treated to a pretty good ending.

No, the Cowboys did not play that well, not well at all.

And yes, Wack, Prescott, tried to be as wack as possible for most of that game.

But in the very end, Dallas did find a way to get the job done.

Credit for that.

They found a way to get it done,

even if they waited until the very last play

and did their very best to blow it.

I mean, it really was a classic Cowboys final sequence down on the

goal line. On second down the fumble with the one and nearly lost it right

there. Then on third down, Dack spikes it off of J-1 Tolbert's junk in the

back of the end zone and then somehow that same dude makes the game winning catch on

fourth down?

I'm not even kidding about that junk part either.

Again, that's not hyperbole.

That's not me embellishing that.
