So why do we start Friday with something kind of awkward?

And by kind of awkward, I mean extremely awkward but sometimes you got to have the

hard conversation sometimes you have to have the awkward conversation.

So I need to own something this morning, but before I do own it this morning, I want

a flashback Friday.

I want to go flashback Friday with you all with a little story. Now we talk frequently

about things that we used to do on this program but no longer do. Different time,

different host, different angles.

Things that made sense back in the day do not necessarily make sense right now.

As an example, the famous rat family.

Pretty evident why that no longer works. I don't think I need to explain why that's

no longer a thing. As much as many of you want it to be a thing and still make it a thing. And yes, that is a great riff with

two T's.

Rat poison.

However, I want to tell you about something else that's no longer a thing that used to be a thing and a big thing.

There was also beloved on the program.

I came up with something that I dubbed the Piece of Crap Club.

Yes, we used to have a club reserved exclusively for

human pieces of crap. Yeah, I know, unnecessarily harsh. This is why I got rid of that too. But one of the most famous

moments in the history of the POCC was when I put former Dodgers closer or Eragonia into it because he was a gas can and he couldn't get anybody out.

Therefore, he was a piece of crap to me.
