Hello again friends and welcome to a special edition of the Jim Cornett Experience here this week.

This is a great Brian Lass. Jim is not here with us. Few notes. We were getting ready to record.

We actually were in the middle of recording the Jim Cornett Experience when there was a power outage and then a second one shortly thereafter.
