Hey Jim and me. I just wanted to call and quick and say that I am just so thankful for the podcast because I've had a crappy day and a crappy like month and a half through no fault of our own.

We've been trying to sell our house.

We've gone through four buyers now.

And it's just been a roller coaster of emotions.

And when I'm, you know, I just love to be able to sort of forget about things and listen to the podcast.

I just discovered your podcast two weeks ago and then just blown away.

Absolutely amazing concept, amazing

accessibility. I think it's brilliant. I hope you're able to work it and monetize it and keep on

going. Be very successful. Also, Dee, I want to let you know. My wife was diagnosed at

age 32 with paroteneal mesothelioma, which is asbestos thing you see

on TV, but it's in the line never had them in.

Only 50 cases a year in this country, and they're all fatal.

Doctors told her she had a year or two left to live.

Our kids were two and three years old.

That was 1992, and she's still with us, and she's alive and well and probably healthier than you and I combined.

Anyway, I just wanted to say, I really enjoy the entertainment, and I'll be listening and get caught up and listen all the time.
