New Westerns might not know this. I'm in the top 4% of CVS extra care members in my area, but I was at CVS today, and those motherfuckers, they probably get bad news all day, I imagine, because they like to just heap it back on you.

I was in there, I'm in there, I'm shopping, and he was like, wow, you saved, you paid half of sticker price, and I was like, yeah, yeah, I know how to work this a little bit. And then he was like, it's nice out there, huh? And I said, yeah, it's great. I've been loving and running my errands. He goes, it's going to snow on Saturday.

I was like, oh, thanks for letting me know. Thanks for ruining my fun.

There I am, saving money on my CVS card, enjoying the weather, and now you're telling me it's going to fucking snow. He just wanted to fucking snow Saturday, dude.

He's probably deals with people fighting about Medicare and like finding out they have fucking terminal illnesses, all goddamn day, and just likes to heap on the sadness to somebody else.

But I'm at war with my fucking pharmacy, of course, like, you know, you're going and you're like, hey, I need to pick up this prescription that is refilled.

You know what I mean? I don't know how any of this works. I just go in and pick up the medicine every month.

And so this is a medicine I take as needed. So I didn't take it a lot because I usually try to get on the other side of a panic attack without having to take a nap.

And so I had a shitload of it, dude. I just had, I had like three bottles of this Sarah Quill, which I don't even like to take and I got through it all the way.

And I was like, well, I got to go get it. I got my Sarah Quill tomorrow. I called and said, hey, can you fill that? And they said, yeah, and then I got there to pick it up. And they're like, well, you're going to need a prior authorization.

And I was just like, I don't even know what the fuck that I just like in my mind, I just wanted to say, I don't know what the fuck that is.

Why would you let me fill it? Why would you let me get all the way here for you to inform me of that? Is there somebody here that can do that right now? Is it like a notary? Do you have one on staff or something?

Well, I think it's an insurance thing. It's it is actually not their fault because it's always their fault. It's all their fault.

Insurance authorization. The doctor said it was cool. The pharmacy was like, I'd be down with giving you this medicine.

But the insurance company was like, we don't think you really need this medicine that much to tell you the truth. I mean, you're fine.

Yeah, don't you think you can go a little longer? It's about to be Christmas. You know, like everybody's everybody's kind of stretching now.

You don't need your Sarah Quill. Yeah, you passed that. Yeah, I don't know. I get that. Yeah, I don't know. Maybe the doctor needs to sign off because they think you're abuse in your Sarah Quill too much.

You're like fighting too many panagons. I don't know. I mean, the doctor would the honestly the doctor would think that I wasn't taking it at all because I haven't filled it in like six months, but I need it now.

Yeah, like yeah, it's an insurance thing. It's not you're on a street drugs. Now this this harmless young man is turned to street drugs now because the medical system has turned him away from his treatment.

I did get a few out of them from a friend and I got to tell you there's nothing like that Benzo sleep. Yeah, Benzo mistakes. Benzo there's Benzo mistakes happen before the Benzo sleeps, man.

I just only done shit. I regret when I find out what I did when people tell me the next morning what I did. I'm like, man, I regret the fuck out of that.

The sleep is really good. The sleep is so hard like a rock. When you're fucking laying there and you're like, well, I'm like laying and watching TV, which I to I've been trying to figure out what I was watching last night all day today.
