Sometimes when I'm in L.A. for long enough, if I'm living in L.A.

I find myself getting really into like cliche

stereotypical L.A. things like

Fats, you know, like nutrition fads. I got into smooth and I'll just find myself casually

mentioning these activities to people who don't live in L.A.

And I sometimes get judged for it. And one such occasion was when Christian and I got

not to rope you into this, but we got really into spinning spin class. We would go we were spinners.

Yeah, we were hardcore so to speak.

Well, two people will laugh at that joke.

You don't both have to be into spinning our friend around the same time.

The three of us would go spinning in silver lake in a very hip hip neighborhood in L.A.

And we would do it so you know, it's for those of you who have done it.

You know how physically demanding it is, but everyone else in the class,

mostly women, I would say,
