Today's 10-minute walk starts right after this.

Foggy morning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and it seems since I left the house, the fog is just getting thicker.

Normally where I'm walking right now, I could see the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

The terminal, probably half mile, maybe a mile away from where I am, but I can't see it right now.

If a plane were to land or take off, I could hear it, couldn't see it.

And yeah, it does seem to be getting thicker.

It's beautiful, actually.

Wanted to tell you, you made me laugh out loud on my walk.

A few days ago, you were talking about the five goals that you've had in previous years that

fell by the wayside.

And one of your goals was to do 200 pushups every day,

and you said that you did 10.

It just made me laugh.

I thoroughly agree that in order to get myself willing to do the next right thing towards a goal,

I have to have small steps along the way. I can't just focus on the big goal.
