This evening we are returning to Jill.

But first, let's take some time to relax.

Take a deep breath, in through your nose.

When you breathe deeply, you physically calm your nervous system, which is why you feel more peaceful. Focusing on these calming breaths, notice how the air enters and leaves your body, and maybe how your chest and

stomach rise and fall with each breath.

If your mind wanders, gently guide it back to your breath.

Try not to get frustrated.

Just inhale deeply, inviting in the positive and exhale out, releasing the negative.

Now bring your attention to my voice as I recap our last episode.

Jill and Kittin, hands tied with handkerchiefs around their mouths for gags, were marched

through the bushes and eventually into the mountains.

The men pushed for them to move faster, but Jill was becoming so fatigued, and the sun was

beginning to set.

The men spoke in Italian to each other, believing the women didn't understand them. Jill heard Napoleon exclaim that he knew of an abandoned chapel

mortuere, nearby where they were, where they could keep the women and then run on to their

own cave at a faster pace.
