And it's slow right now. So, guys, what I've got is a list of

wild talkers, a list of talkers when it comes to our hockey team. But before we get to that,

I want to talk to you about something you can sink your teeth into. And that is the outstanding

food, the parlor burger that you can find at Parlor.

Now, I've been talking to you for a long time about the one in the North Loop on West 7th,

down from the arena.

But let's also talk about the new Parlor in Excelsior, which is absolutely outstanding.

If you are going to spend a day on the Laker, just spend some time in beautiful Excelsior in the West Metro,

make sure to check out Parlor, the chicken sandwich as well, craft cocktails. We are talking the whole thing. Great service at Parlor. How are we doing today, guys? I'm hungry now. Like Parlor sounds pretty good. Parlor is really good. They have a good breakfast selection or like, like is that a a brunch spot? Could I do that? Yeah, absolutely. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I can get in on some good brunch action. I think brunch might be my favorite meal the day. When it's done right, it's the best. as an adult I feel like brunch is a very I feel like brunch is like a buffet thing is a kid's thing because it's, you know,

but I feel like brunch is, uh, a just a great adult experience, a Sunday with a drink,

perhaps a, well, in my case, a beer, but mimosa.

My, my biggest gripe with brunch is the timing. Like, it feels very constricted because maybe you want to sleep in on a Sunday. All of a sudden, you're rushing, you're up against it. It's like, are we going to get there in time before the menu switches over? Maybe night, maybe not. And then it's like, you know, we're almost past noon and they're like, sorry, we, we got to have grilled chicken now. I want to. I feel like the adulting part of brunch, though, is the night before you don't drink as much so that you can get up fresh as a daisy to hit brunch. I feel that's the adulting part of it. I don't know that brunch is like, like, a late teen years thing. I feel like it's more of an adulting thing. No? I don't know because when I was hung over back in my early 20s and the day when it was bad, like you'd roll out of bed looking like a slob and you would go to brunch and start it all over again, right? Ames. Poor Ames. Poor Iowa State. Jesse Pierce. If you're assuming I went anywhere in Ames, I would have Jimmy Johns delivered every time. This was pre-Dor-Dash days, right? Jimmy Johns was the only place I would deliver. Yep. Get me a turkey, Tom. Somebody I remember one of my friend's own guys would bring me some gatorade once in a while to help make me. Did you just friends over guys? I'll call it what it was.

Yeah, it was a friend's own, but he'd bring me gatorade every time.

The poor guy probably thought he had a chance.
